Minutes from the July 12, 2006
Planning Commission Meeting
7:00 p.m.
1) Attendance: Betty Jameson, Paul Daugherty, Cindy Bojokles, John Hofmann and Stacy Wilkerson.
2) Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.
3) John Scott, applicant and Roland Joun, engineer presented the Category I
Site Plan to the Planning Commission for review and approval. There
were two adjacent property owners present. Charles Team and Steven
Stoller. John Hofmann prepared a memo with comments from the June 22, 2006
meeting. The Planning Commission reviewed the memo and all questions
were addressed. The architectural drawings for the windows on the side
of the houses still needs to be completed and they will be submitted to
the Town for approval.
A MOTION was made by Cindy Bojokles to approve the Category I Site
Plan for Greenwood Station on Lots 2R-3R, Block 40 with the conditions
noted in Mr. Hofmann’s memo dated 7/12/06 (copy attached for the
record) with an additional condition of the additional windows on the
elevation drawings of the house. Seconded by Paul. All in favor. Motion
carries.
4) Meeting closed at 8:00 pm. on a motion made by Cindy. Seconded by
Paul. Meeting adjourn.
