All shopping, restaurants and salons are within walking distance of the pier, boardwalk and beach. Or if you’d like, rent a bicycle at the Welcome Center and bike the town. Bicycles, kayaks and paddleboards are available for hourly or daily rental between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend.
Our extremely popular Friday Night Farmers’ Market and Classic Car Cruise-In runs from the first Friday in May through the last Friday in October.
A must for our Saturday and Sunday visitors is a stop at the Bayside History Museum at 9006 Dayton Avenue, from 1 to 4 p.m. each day. The many exhibits detail the history of the Northern Calvert/Southern Anne Arundel Counties’ Chesapeake Bay communities.
